Cascal appoints new CFO
Cascal appoints Mark Thurston as new CFO
International water and waste company Cascal N.V. said Thursday it has tapped Mark Thurston as its new chief financial officer.
Thurston, 45, will start on Monday. He will replace Steve Hollinshead, who is leaving the company.
Thurston previously served as finance director in the United Kingdom for Colt Telecommunications, a provider of voice and data services.
Cascal provides water and wastewater services to about 4.5 million people in the United Kingdom, China, South Africa, Chile, Indonesia, Panama and the Philippines.
